Golf Registration Information

DATE:              Friday August 27th 2021

TIME:              Registration at 7:00 AM. First Tee-off at 8:00 AM

PLACE:           Westminster National Golf Course

                2138 Littlestown Pike (Route 97)  Westminster, Md 21157

ENTRY FEE:  $80.00 ~ includes: green fees, cart & box lunch style meal

Provided by Mission Barbeque. Hot Dogs, Beer,  Soda & Water on the course

Registration and Payment Appreciated By August 1, 2021.

** Payment can also be made online or at course with a Credit Card.

                       Note: Credit Cards Will Also Be Accepted At The Golf Outing.

Format:  Tournament will be played in Scramble with 4-person teams.

Single Entries will be placed with another group.\

Captains Choice with each team member using a Tee Off at least twice.

Cancellation Policy:

If golf tournament is canceled due to weather a Make-Up Date Will  Be Given.

If team cancels, 48-hour notice is required to receive 75% of entry fee

If player is a “no-show”, entry fee is non-refundable.

All Proceeds Go To The Robert W. Fogle III Memorial Scholarship Fund
